From our first humble restaurant in Tai Po's Uptown Plaza (1993), we have since developed into a multi-cuisine restaurant group.
Local Hong Kong style café, South East Asian delicacies, Korean barbeque, Western bistro, and even a one Michelin star French restaurant - your cravings will surely be satisfied.
CENTRAL KITCHEN
This is where it all comes together: At our food processing factory, we prepare ingredients to meet your needs. From cutting, marinating and even cooking, we are able to provide an all-inclusive service to help you reduce kitchen labour and thereby enhance your competitiveness.
ABOUT US
From our humble beginning in 1993 where we started our first restaurant at Uptown Plaza in Tai Po, Crown Harvest group has since developed into a multi-faceted F&B group.
Under our restaurant group, we have expanded beyond local cuisines into international ones such as Korean, South East Asian, and French, with the latter acquiring a Michelin star.
In order to maintain quality and consistency in our food, we have also vertically integrated into other F&B areas. This includes managing our own food processing factory and central kitchen. Other than to our own restaurants, we also provide these F&B services to other establishments across Hong Kong.
We often meet customers who are firm supporters of our restaurants across generations, and we aspire to extend this love for food in the many years to come.
